Summary

Tucked away in the heart of Falmouth, this brand new, purpose built, holiday apartment awaits discovery beside the National Maritime Museum Cornwall (NMMC). Campbeltown Way is a peaceful gated development that offers a perfect balance with the nearby bustle of Falmouth harbour. As boats from far-off lands dock into the harbour, moments from the doorstep, all the excitement of travel and adventure are encapsulated in this rare gem in Falmouth.

Four Sails is a careful and clever composition of unique architectural design. A pitched, vaulted roof line echoes the silhouette of four sails at sea and the clean interior lines meet statement skylights to draw the eye to the sky above.

Clever elements of design make for easy living during your stay. Each comfortable bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. A lift from the ground floor entrance hall, will suit those with tired legs and for those heavy bags. There is heaps of storage for wetsuits and surfboards.  This unique holiday home is more than just a showpiece.

Pad across the vast, 55ft living area to take coffee out onto the south-facing balcony, or slip out to it through the bi-fold doors of the master bedroom, for a quiet moment of yoga before the town wakes up. From the calling of gulls, to the clipping of masts in the nearby harbour, allow the sounds of the seaside stir you as you take deep breaths of sea air.

A light tap on the door to rouse your gaggle of loved ones and you’re off. Head to the beach, paddle boards in tow and glide across the blue waters of Falmouth Bay. Your base for the week is a short hop from Castle Beach, where shallow sheltered waters glisten and the south facing bay holds the daylight until dusk.

Come the evening, don dresses and shirts for some fine dining in Falmouth. At your feet are the delights of Events Square, or drift further into town along the cobbled high street towards hidden eateries and cocktails bars. Try Verdant Seafood Bar for fresh seafood and locally-brewed beer, or sip cocktails beside the water at Indidog, as the tide laps the quayside.
