The perfect base for you to explore Falmouth, with fabulous sea views towards the Manacles and oozing with character. Relax on the large corner sofa by the wood-burner, enjoy a gentle stroll to one of three beaches or unwind in one of Falmouth’s many independent coffee shops. Just a stone’s throw from Falmouth University’s original and historical art college buildings, this duplex apartment (first and second floor) is filled with style, charm and beautiful windows framing the sea views and trees in the crescent. It’s close proximity to the creative university also makes it the perfect accomodation for Falmouth University Open Days and university drop-off weeks.

Park on the hard standing and access the building through a communal hallway, serving three of the four apartments in the building, all of which are under the same ownership. Enter into the hall and a wonderful light filled sitting room. Falmouth’s restaurants are so good you may not feel the need to cook, however if you do there is a great kitchen/diner.

On the top floor are two comfortable bedrooms with beautiful dormer windows and view of Falmouth Bay, plus a bathroom with shower over the bath.

Just a five minute walk and you are in Falmouth town centre, with an abundance of waterside restaurants, cafés and shops. Ten minutes on foot through the beautiful Fox Rosehill Gardens to (the Blue Flag) Gyllyngvase beach and its award winning café, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) centre WeSUP and some glorious sea swimming.

Living room

Views across to the sea. A lovely light room with large corner sofa, log burner, smart TV with blue-ray player and a dining table to seat six.

Range cooker, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dining table with chairs.

Master bedroom

King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, two bedside tables with lamps and views from Pendennis Castle across to the manacles off the Lizard.

Twin bedroom

Two single beds, with bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers

Bath with overhead shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

There is parking for one car in front of the building.

Communal garden

To the rear of the property, accessed from a side gate is a communal garden, shared between the three flats. Mainly laid to lawn this is not a hugely exciting area, but it is somewhere at least to hang your washing.

Location and Surrounding Area

Provedore, one of the best delis around, is just around the corner serving delicious coffee and food to go (including their famously delicious dinners to heat and eat at home). Falmouth’s vibrant high street has an abundance of interesting independent shops and restaurants.
Stroll through the beautiful Fox Rosehill Gardens to Gyllyngvase Beach and its award-winning restaurant. This blue-flag stretch of sand is ideal for swimming, and is lifeguarded during the summer months. Along the coast path, walk to Swanpool Beach.
There are lots of boat trips from Falmouth, you can hop over to St Mawes and The Roseland, take a sightseeing trip to The Helford or if you fancy a bit of nature watching there are some great fishing/sea safari experiences to be had.
There are great travel links from Falmouth, within an hours drive you can be in St Ives, The Lizard, The Eden Project and much of the rest of Cornwall.

Lovely apartment but parking an issue, neighbours parking made it difficult to approach and leave parking space.
