Summary
Renovated early 2022, Rose Hill House launches June 2022, with a wonderful, new, contemporary kitchen/diner, complete with island and vast glazing onto the garden and deck. Upstairs are two brand new, beautiful shower rooms and a Juliette balcony off the incredibly light, reading room.
Modern, quality fittings, fused with cottage charm make for a restful retreat in the village of Mylor, just a short hop, skip and a jump from the creek. The light, bright interior beautifully frames the period features and chic sitting room. Three comfortable bedrooms, to sleep five, plus one extra if you would like to utilise a pull-out truckle bed. This is an ideal holiday home for a family with children who are able to navigate the original, steep, cottage stairs.
If play is your thing then just across the road is Mylor green and play park. The more mature will enjoy a wander around the friendly village with its 8am-8pm general stores, post office, fishmonger and pub The Lemon Arms.
Get out on the water, at Mylor Harbour. Hire a kayak, paddleboard, dinghy or even a bike and explore. Or grab a table at the harbourside café, or the popular Castaways restaurant and watch others dabbling about on the water.
The enclosed garden at Rose Hill House offers you a place to dine al fresco and what is better than warm buttery croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice in the sunshine, on the deck, with a good book and your favourite people beside you.
