This spacious house offers extremely well-maintained accommodation, perfect for the larger family or group. The garden is large and mainly laid to lawn – a perfect play area for children.  The terrace and balcony offer wonderful opportunities for alfresco dining and a sheltered spot to take in the lovely water views and glorious sunsets. A further outside eating area at the rear of the house enjoys the morning sun and is a great spot for a relaxing breakfast.

What attracted the owners to this house were the excellent walking opportunities. Loe Beach with its water-sports centre (which includes sailing, kayaking and children’s adventure camps) and excellent cafe (seasonal) are a twenty-minute walk away. Walking almost completely across fields this is the perfect jaunt for children that like to let off steam.

On the way to Loe Beach and just behind Ferris Garage is a fantastic village play park for children. Visit it once and you are bound to be heading back most days! Leaving Trolver and heading in the other direction you will reach Devoran Creek and the popular Old Quay Inn.

Trolver is a beautiful home from home in a glorious unspoilt area. You will not be disappointed.

With two large sofas, TV, video, DVD player and Sky Digital box. A perfect place to relax and enjoy an open fire of an evening.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge, freezer, sink and clothes drying space.


First floor
There are two twin bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom with bath, hand shower attachment, basin and WC) and two double bedrooms with King size beds, each with ample clothes storage. Both double bedrooms look out over the Orchard garden and Restronguet Creek. The twin bedrooms are at the rear of the house and enjoy views of the back garden and courtyard.

The Green (Double) Bedroom and the Blue (Twin) Bedroom have doors which lead onto a new balcony, providing you with a relaxing spot from which to lap up the sun and enjoy the wonderful outlook over the garden, countryside and creek. Two small sets of table and chairs are provided.

Beautiful, spacious bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath and hand shower attachment, basin, shelving and WC.

Pretty, private, orchard garden at the front with lawn and hedgerows. BBQ area with storage unit for garden furniture and BBQ. To the rear of the house, (outside the dining room and kitchen) is a courtyard area with table and chairs and a further raised lawn.

Location and Surrounding Area


The house is within five miles of Truro railway station, the local General Hospital and two major supermarkets as well as Truro’s charming town centre with its variety of restaurants. There is a local Spar shop and two popular pubs within 2 miles of the house. The King Harry ferry is 2.5 miles away and offers speedy and spectacular access to the Roseland peninsula and St. Mawes. The historic harbourside town of Falmouth is less than a 15 minute drive.

The water sports centre of Loe Beach which includes sailing, kayaking and children’s adventure camps, is a mile away and can even be reached on foot along a beautiful footpath. Mylor Marina is 7 miles and offers an impressive range of boating facilities.

Whether it is a winter break, a spring visit to Cornwall’s world-famous gardens, or a seaside holiday with children. Trolver is perfectly positioned to give the widest and largest number of options.

Please note that Trolver’s owners have opted for a SUNDAY changeover which cuts out the Friday and Saturday traffic jams which so often choke the M4 and/or M5 motorways during the holiday season.
