Owner and partner of Bango Kitchen and The Shellfish Pig, Nick, is a trained chef with a degree in Marine Science and a passion for the Cornish food and drink industry alongside sustainability and marine conservation.
You’ll find fresh and delicious sushi, dumplings and perhaps the most incredible Bao Buns in the southwest, plus some extra special one-off dishes based on the finest fresh ingredients available that day.
