Hours can be spent ticking off local view points, from Pendennis Point and Cliff Road to coastal path vistas on the walk to Maenporth from Swanpool, and harbour panoramas on Falmouth’s waterfront promenade.

With its colourful bunting, unique shops, outstanding eateries and glorious harbour views, Falmouth is hard to beat. Stroll into town to sample seasonal cocktails from local bars, to peruse galleries, browse shops, buy pasties, dance to live music in one of the waterfront pubs or try your hand at a creative workshop.

3 Hamilton Place’s beachside location will make seaside-holiday enthusiasts whoop with delight, as days spent sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the sea, paddleboarding, kayaking, rockpooling and slurping icecreams are a few minutes from the door. Step out of 3 Hamilton Place and straight onto the South West Coastal Path, the longest of England’s National Trails.

There are nearby fishing villages to explore, gently rolling fields and ancient forests to amble through and pubs with well-stocked with locally-brewed beers on tap.

The apartment is easy to reach traveling through Falmouth and has a good size undercover parking space. It is a second floor apartment with lift access. The apartment has everything you need and there is even a selection of DVD's for your viewing pleasure, There are all the applienes you need in the Kitchen Although we did not use many as we eat out most of the time. There are two Bathrooms a Main Bathroom with a Bath and an on suite with a shower, The Main attraction for this apartment for us is the view out of the Bay windows across Falmouth Water with the many ships there ( Falmouth is the Third Natural deepest Harbour in the world and there are several RFA ships docked there) There are Several Pubs and Restaurant's to eat at and I am yet to find a bad one. Falmouth is steeped in Navel History and I would recommend a visit to a rather simple Memorial To Operation Chariot, This can be found on the Prince of Wales Key Opposite the Prince of Wales Pub on the way to St. Mawr's Ferry. If you want to know more about operation Chariot There is an excellent piece by Jeremy Clarkson on You Tube, but in essence it is still regarded as the greatest raid to ever have taken place and as a result of their Success Hitler commanded that following this raid all Royal Marine's captured were to be shot. I would highly recommend Both Falmouth and Hamilton Place as a base to explore from. Just one thing you can't guarantee is the weather but being from Wales we are used to it.

The owners and I are so delighted you enjoyed 3 Hamilton Place and its brilliant situation with far reaching views over Falmouth Bay.
