Cornish Holiday Cottages

From the buzz and bustle of Falmouth to the serene shores of the Helford, your holiday home is where it all begins. We understand that. It’s why we handpick every cottage in our collection. And, it’s why we’re here for you, day and night, with care that you can count on. Because your holiday happiness makes our world go round.

Falmouth & Helford River

Our Cottages

Whether it’s creekside retreats for hiding out, beachfront apartments for stepping out, or countryside boltholes for drying out by the fire – dogs and all. We can’t wait to share our small curated collection of Cornwall cottages and holiday homes with you.

Welcome to the family

Our founder and family member, Ruth Austen, first shared her passion for the area we call home way back in 1978, promising only the best in cottages and care. Today, her values remain at the heart of all we do at Cornish Holiday Cottages. We’re a small and friendly team, and all local to the area. All our properties are close by and we know them from tip to toe. So we’re on hand. And you can be sure you’ll be looked after as one of the family. Just as Ruth would’ve liked.

Headed somewhere special?

The place of all our passions

We love our little corner of the world and know that you will too. It’s why our interactive guide is bursting to the brim with tips and treats and all our favourite spots in Cornwall – from that tucked-away gem of a woodfired restaurant to the most idyllic secret coves. We’ve got you covered from the moment you step outside the door of your self-catering holiday home. And we can’t wait to show you around.
