Seascape is named for its constantly changing views over the historic harbour town of Falmouth. A thrilling panorama lies just outside your window, where light plays across the water of one of the deepest natural harbours in the world.

The hubbub of life on the water gently reaches you at the balcony as you observe over breakfast the preparations of the sailors, rowers and fishermen setting about their day. Come the evening with a glass of wine, you’ll see them return to their safe harbour from your perfect vantage point.

Within Maritime House on Discovery Quay, a vibrant waterside re-imagining of an historic wharf, you’ll be right on the button for the happenings of the cultural scene in this part of Cornwall. Events Square is just a few paces away for occasions such as Falmouth Week, The Oyster Festival, and the International Sea Shanty Festival.

Enjoyment waits at each corner here, with endless opportunity to ursue fun, relaxation, or a touch of both. Landlubbers with wobbly legs might find the lift to the apartment especially helpful after a busy day on the water (or after an evening in one of our welcoming waterside pubs…)

However you spend your time on holiday, Seascape waits for you with utter comfort as your base from which to explore Falmouth and Cornwall. The open plan living area makes the most of the views, and your cosy master bedroom with en-suite looks out to the harbour, making every morning a contender for breakfast in bed.

Location and Surrounding Area

A University town with a thriving arts scene, Falmouth is a cultural hub within the South-West. With a different coffee shop or bakery to try each day of the week and a bar or restaurant for each evening, you’ll never run out of wonderful places here.

Seascape is ideally located for the perfect self-catering holiday, a supermarket is just around the corner and Falmouth’s vibrant Events Square a mere stone’s throw away. Here sophisticated bars and restaurants spill out onto a central piazza, offering al-fresco dining opportunities in a sheltered sunny space that feels almost Mediterranean.

Awaiting discovery just across the square is the famous National Maritime Museum Cornwall. Their ticket allows you to visit time and time again during your stay and become truly immersed in all things nautical.

Leave your car in the allocated parking space during your stay and explore Falmouth on foot. You’ll be a short walk away from charming passenger ferries taking you all over the River Fal, from Trelissick to Truro.

Location and view excellent. Apartment comfortable although a bit warmer than we're used to! We could faintly hear bands playing in Events Square, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet considering its central location.
