Summary

Seascape is named for its constantly changing views over the historic harbour town of Falmouth. A thrilling panorama lies just outside your window, where light plays across the water of one of the deepest natural harbours in the world.

The hubbub of life on the water gently reaches you at the balcony as you observe over breakfast the preparations of the sailors, rowers and fishermen setting about their day. Come the evening with a glass of wine, you’ll see them return to their safe harbour from your perfect vantage point.

Within Maritime House on Discovery Quay, a vibrant waterside re-imagining of an historic wharf, you’ll be right on the button for the happenings of the cultural scene in this part of Cornwall. Events Square is just a few paces away for occasions such as Falmouth Week, The Oyster Festival, and the International Sea Shanty Festival.

Enjoyment waits at each corner here, with endless opportunity to ursue fun, relaxation, or a touch of both. Landlubbers with wobbly legs might find the lift to the apartment especially helpful after a busy day on the water (or after an evening in one of our welcoming waterside pubs…)

However you spend your time on holiday, Seascape waits for you with utter comfort as your base from which to explore Falmouth and Cornwall. The open plan living area makes the most of the views, and your cosy master bedroom with en-suite looks out to the harbour, making every morning a contender for breakfast in bed.

Location and view excellent. Apartment comfortable although a bit warmer than we're used to! We could faintly hear bands playing in Events Square, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet considering its central location.
