Turn right off Queen Mary Road and drive round to the rear of the building to locate your parking bay, which is just yards from the keypad door entry system. Go through an internal door and you have arrived at number 6, ‘Sunrise’. (No steps). As you open the door to this wonderful apartment, be prepared to be wowed by the view!

Perfectly appointed for strolls on the beach, dips in the sea and long cool drinks in the evening sunshine, this is the holiday home from which to indulge and give yourself space to relax and enjoy the finer things in life. You deserve it.

Falmouth town, harbour, the Events Square, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and a great choice of restaurants are a fifteen minute stroll along the seafront, or cut through the side streets for a slightly more direct route.

No doubt you will have in your mind’s eye a choice list of places you want to explore in Cornwall from the pretty, artist’s town of St Ives, to the Eden Project in St Austell, so we won’t tell you where to go, however we have a lots of tips and suggestions that we’ll forward you with your arrival instructions, as there’s so much to see and do in Falmouth and the environs. There’s stunning gardens aplenty, miles of breath-taking coastline, the glorious Helford River, day boat trips to St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula and some really lovely, independent boutiques for your holiday mementoes.

This was our 2nd time at Sunrise and we’ve already booked again for next year! It has allocated parking, which is a big bonus in Falmouth and a secure entrance to Sunrise. The view from the windows and balcony is amazing and the apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Sunrise is a lovely spacious modern apartment in a perfect location. It is thoughtfully designed and everything works. The reason we give it 4* instead of 5 is the lack of blackout blinds in the bedrooms.

The apartment was very spacious and warm with a fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. It is a couple of minutes to the beach and there is a very handy Co-0p a few minutes away. Good to be on one level without needing to use a lift .

Terrific location overlooking Queen Mary Gardens...quiet, great amenities, your own parking space, and french doors that open for the ocean breeze (and so you can watch the windsurfers from your balconey). What more could you ask?
