I have taken all your comments on board and we are attending to the matters you raised. The balcony glass is not a quick fix though as the entire set of windows will have to be replaced which is a major winter job, requiring scaffolding and major investment. We have had it checked and it is believed to be safe. We do have an out-of-hours number which is 24/7 so please do call anytime, if you stay with us again, and we will do what we can to remedy matters on the spot. We are as frustrated as you are about the lack of recycling facilities at Packet Quays, unfortunately, this is in the hands of the management company. Regarding the security deposit, we do state in our letter that we will make contact with you, if there is any reason why we might need to draw on your ‘card swipe’ and in no circumstances will money be taken unless we have spoken to you first.
