For this reason this apartment is not suitable for children under 5.

Had a lovely time here, been with Cornish holidays for over 10 years and they never disappoint, always friendly, helpful and accommodation really lovely and clean, first time at Victoria Quay, brilliant , didn’t watch TV once, why would you with this view , can’t wait to come back.

We love this property for its proximity to the sea. This ground floor apartment has its very own small balcony with steps directly onto the beach or into the sea - depending on the tide. We have enjoyed the quietness and the views for several years and will continue to do so. The ever-moving scenery is lovely. And all so close to the town. This year we all had a go at paddleboarding with varying success!!! The ease of getting on and off the board at high or low tide is the best. Then up the steps to the cosy indoors and a yummy Cornish pasty. What more could you want from a holiday. We will be back!
