Espressini is an independent coffee house and kitchen based in Falmouth’s west end, which opened in 2010 by owner Rupert Ellis.  If you’re passionate about coffee, you’ll feel right at home in this artisan coffee house.

Owner Rupert is certainly a coffee connoisseur and ensures every cup is meticulously prepared.

Its mission is to seek out the best beans, the best growers and best tasting coffee for visitors, to boldly go into the coffee unknown and seek out new blends and single farm coffees from great roasters and farmers from around the world. Aficionados will adore the beautifully hand-roasted espresso blends, changed regularly, and foodies will adore the long list of menu options to eat in or take away. Favourites include their house berry porridge, roasted squash, feta and spinach rolls and their signature smashed avocado bowls.

Quality-focused, the baristas are passionate about coffee and consistently deliver exceptional quality options, but also serve a selection of herbal teas and rich hot chocolates.

At Espressini, although their true love is coffee they also adore to mention the local creative bakers and deli suppliers who help them create delicious breakfasts and light lunches, and not to mention some of the very best cakes in town.

“Falmouth locals love Espressini and often come here to work, write and convene with friends. The Parisian style interior and convivial atmosphere is a bit of an institution and for good reason. The coffee is amazing and there’s always an array of delicious cakes and breakfast or lunch treats.”
