  A lovely modern and comfortable apartment in a character building located in the manicured gardens of a secure gated marina estate. Just a few minutes walk to the maritime museum, many restaurants, a small supermarket and the best coffee shop (Forty Five Falmouth) on the long and very interesting high street. The apartment is quiet and well furnished, with a pleasant view from the living area and main bedroom over gardens to the marina. A parking space and a garage are adjacent to the apartment entry, with easy access via one flight of stairs or a lift (elevator). Booked through Cornish Holiday Cottages who were extremely helpful and efficient from the first enquiry, through the payment process and support prior to and during our stay. Highly Recommended!

  Perfect location, close to town centre, but on a quiet, well-kept development (the grounds around the apartment were really very pleasant). Well equipped apartment. Clean on the whole, though there were a few hair-ball, dust-bunnies around I noted. For some reason the washing machine refused to turn on at first. I tried again a few days later and it worked perfectly, so no idea what happened there. I did look around for the guest information pack, which you normally find in these places, but it wasn't on view. I eventually found it tucked away out-of-sight. But it wasn't much help anyway. I specifically wanted to know where the rubbish-bins were. Apart from a note about recycling (but not where the recycling point actually was), the information pack did not provide any clues to bin location. I found the bins in the end, but it wasn't obvious I would say that the wifi was dreadful - in fact my laptop refused to connect to it, deeming it unsafe. While I was able to connect my phone, the wifi signal appeared to come and go, and the internet signal on my own phone was far superior, so I just used that. No matter for me really, as the hotspot from my own phone connection was adequate for my meagre requirements. However, my partner ( who was not able to come in the end due to last-minute work commitments) would not have been able to manage as a good wifi connection is essential for his business, and he needs to be in touch whether on holiday or not. Purely on the basis of the poor wifi, I wouldn't stay in this apartment again if my partner was coming with me, which is a shame.

We always aim for spotless properties, but occasionally things can be missed – your feedback will be shared with the housekeeper and our Property Inspector, so we can address this. Our guest information pack is provided digitally via a link in your arrival email. It includes everything from access instructions to bin info, to nearby amenities, and having it online means we can ensure the details are always up to date, topical and relevant. That said, we’ll remove the outdated paper copy from the property to avoid any confusion. Also please do always call if anything is not clear. We are open 9-5 Monday to Saturday, and our out of hours mobile is on 24/7 for your convenience. We’re sorry you didn’t find the WiFi to be reliable during your stay. A strong connection is important, especially if you're working while away. We'll look into this now and ascertain what is going on. If anything ever isn't quite right during your holiday, please do give us a call. We're always here to help, whether it’s resetting a router or advising on the bin location.   Very handy location for Falmouth town and beaches Facilities reasonable and comfortable if rather basic for this type of accommodation Suited us though probably not for those with children being on the first floor Overall good value

  Bowline was in an excellent position for the facilities of Falmouth, .The accommodation was excellent and well equipped. An information pack for the apartment would have been helpful

  Good location but property needs some TLC. Was not sufficient crockery & glassware for 6 people. Information in guide folder recommended restaurants that closed several years ago.

  Good sized apartment in an excellent location. We had a couple of minor problems with shower cleanliness and lack of instructions for the oven but I have been promised that these will be resolved for future guests. Whilst there is parking adjacent to the apartment it is not reserved and you may need to park a short distance away. These problems would not deter me from stopping in this apartment again, we had a good holiday.

  Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with ample room & a fresh contemporary but cosy feel. Great views over the gardens and private little harbour. Great location close to centre of town but very quiet & secure.

  Spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation. Excellent location for exploring Falmouth. Great facilities that were ideal traveling with a small baby! The only suggestion for an improvement to Bowline would be a more modern television with access to the standard TV apps (e.g. BBC iPlayer, etc.) as we were unable to make the most of the Christmas TV schedule.

  Bowline is a very light and airy apartment it is spotlessly clean with everything that you need for a comfortable holiday, it is very central, very secure and very quiet. However I feel that It is more suitable for four people as the third bedroom is very small with no drawers for storage but it does have hanging space. The location of the apartment is very central.
