  We enjoyed our recent stay at Headlands. The house is large and has good off street parking. Ideal for a family holiday. The kitchen and bathrooms are slightly dated but clean, well equipped and very generous sizes. There's a large utility room with seperate washing machine and tumble drier which was ideal after a day at the beach. The property has brilliant sea views and is in a good location. It took around 25 minutes to walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Handy location to walk to a couple of beaches and Pendennis Castle too.

  I think this is our 8th or 9th year of staying at Headlands. The owner charges a decent rental but always invests the money back into the property and are always carrying out improvements to the point where everything has been done now. Booking with the team is always excellent and nothing is too much trouble

  Again, another fabulous holiday at Headlands. They have replaced the sofas in the sitting room and they are so much more comfy than the previous ones. My Aunt and Uncle joined us this time and they love the place as much as we do.

  We have stayed in Cornwall many times but never in this lovely house overlooking the beaches. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. It is spacious and well presented with everything we needed. The views are incredible. A short walk into town or to Castle beach. Pendennis castle is literally just around the corner. We were also very lucky with the weather. A week wasn’t long enough and next time we will book two. One small gripe which did not affect our stay is that it could have been cleaner. The entrance lobby and downstairs WC was full of cobwebs. A small point and certainly did not put us off staying again in the future.

  Second Time at Headlands. The beds have been replaced and are super comfy. Although the sofas are getting a bit tired, the padding is thinning out and you can feel the wooden structure through the fabric on the arms, nothing that a cushion couldn't fix though and hasn't stopped us booking for next year already. This place has stunning views and the location is still perfect 😍

  Our third visit to this property we love it’s location and views and it has all the facilities we need. Our only negative comment is that the mattresses are becoming uncomfortable.

  Lovely house with views across Castle beach. This was out 5th visit and each time we visit the owners have carried out some sort of upgrade. This time the dining table had been changed and a TV placed on the wall. This kept my grandchildren happy at meal times. I just hope the beds are next in line for an update. They are all a bit uncomfortable and even the grandkids moaned about them.

  It’s in a great location just a short walk( if hilly) into Falmouth with fabulous views The facilities inside and out are great. House extremely clean and well equipped, the addition of a new and bigger table in the dining kitchen much appreciated with a tv too( tho we never used it). Excellent outdoor space with plenty of garden furniture and barbecue.
