5% Loyalty Discount Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to offer our returning guests a 5% Loyalty Discount as a token or our appreciation. The following terms and conditions apply:
- The Loyalty Discount is available exclusively to returning guests who have previously booked and completed a stay through our agency.
- The Loyalty Discount is valid on new bookings from 1st January 2026 onwards.
- The discount applies to bookings made directly with us, either via our website, phone or email and excludes any third party booking platform.
- A 5% discount will be applied to the base cost of the property and cannot be applied to chargeable extras, security deposit authentication or booking fees.
- Guests booking online must enter discount code LOYAL26 at checkout.
- When booking by phone or email, please inform our team that you are a returning guests and meet the discount criteria.
- The Loyalty Discount is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice.
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless stated otherwise. Only one discount can be applied ay any one time and the discount with the highest value will apply.
- Discounts must be taken up at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- The Loyalty Discount is eligible on stays of 7 days or more only and cannot be applied to short breaks which are for 6 nights or less
- We reserve the right to verify previous bookings to confirm eligibility for the discount. If a booking is found to be ineligible, the discount will be removed and the guest will be required to pay the full amount.
- All bookings remain subject to our standard booking terms and conditions.
