The L shaped room affords spectacular views of the creek and the Roseland peninsula beyond. It includes a large oak table and chairs with seating for nine, three sofas and a flat screen Smart HD TV. Access to the balcony and outside seating area.

Ceramic hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom
with doors to balcony, water views, king size bed, chest of drawers, TV, wardrobe, bedside tables and wall lights for bedtime reading.

Spacious shower room with door to WC. This room serves the double opposite.

Triple bedroom
with full size bunk beds, single bed and optional pull out single underneath.

Garden and exterior
Long balcony that runs along the facade of the length of the house overlooking a two tiered lawn and garden. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to the creek, (excellent for crabbing).

The outside area is ideal for BBQ’s and al fresco dining, and there is a large dining table outside to sea up to 12. A BBQ is provided. Seating area, perfect for observing the comings and goings of the creek.

There are quite a few steps and some steep areas, so the garden is not suitable for children under five or those with mobility issues.

Mooring & waterside
Access to the water and creekside is via a gate at the bottom of the garden. A mooring can be made available for hire with prior arrangement.

Parking
For two cars adjacent to the exterior wall of the house, on the side of a minor ‘B’ road. An additional car or two can park in the Church car park, 150 yards away for a fee of £2 per day, per car. Please park considerately and put a note on your dashboard to say where you are staying and which days you have paid for.

Location and Surrounding Area

Creek House is situated in the exclusive, waterside village of Feock, just ten minutes from Cornwall’s capital, Truro and fifteen from the harbourside town of Falmouth.

Less than half a mile from the house is Loe Beach Boat Hire, Loe Beach Watersports Centre and Loe Beach Café. The café is open Easter to September and well recommended. Loe Beach Boat Hire offers hire of several types of craft including motor boats, kayaks, sailing dinghies and rowing boats.

Loe Beach Watersports Centre is an RYA Training Centre offering Learn to Sail, Learn to Windsurf, Learn to Kayak, Powerboat Courses, Youth Clubs, Multi Activity Days, Team Building and Corporate Events.

Within two miles is a general stores/post office and fuel station at Playing Place, a public house, ‘The Punchbowl and Ladle’, the National Tust gardens of Trelissick and the King Harry Car Ferry which allows quick and easy access to St.Mawes and the Roseland.

From the house are a number of idyllic riverside walks that are sure to be enjoyed by all, especially those with four legs.

A lovely house set in a superb location. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Views to die for from many windows and the outside seating area. Steep steps (21) to access the property from the parking area, plus many more steep steps to access the creek below. Disappointing that the kitchen is rather tired looking and needs improvements along with a thorough clean! Cornish Holiday Cottages were excellent to deal with for this holiday, I’m sure we will see what else they have to offer for our next trip too! Overall I’d say Creek House is a great place to stay (you do need to be rather agile though).

The perfect place to stay. Creek House's location is fantastic with beautiful views and a lovely peaceful location, but close enough to nearby amenities. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable well appointed and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, sitting room dining area bathrooms and bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable.

Lovely house providing great accommodation and beautiful well maintained garden taking you down to the water. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Light, airy, and very well thought out. Stunning views of the creek down across the Fal Estuary. Lovely terrace with garden furniture to relax and eat outside. Well positioned to walk through the village, and to the beach. It is the perfect Cornish holiday.

The house was lovely and had interesting pictures. We were confused regarding the instructions for rubbish collections. We put out the Wheely bins but they were not emptied. (The general rubbish bin had several dog poo bags in it which appeared to be quite old, from the smell. We don't have a dog!) It was difficult to dry towels and tea towels. Our bathroom (upstairs) had a towel rai that didn't heat up at all, and one radiator that was too small for all four bath towels to dry.

Since you have stayed we have resolved the communication regarding the wheely bins which are provided by a commercial refuse company. We are sorry to hear there were dog mess bags, we do our best to make sure that there is no rubbish in the bins when guests arrive. As it's a Sunday changeover day, we are constrained to the collection schedule, so sometimes there may be rubbish from previous guests. We enjoyed the house and the wonderful views, Having stayed at Creek House last year, it was great to see the garden looking so much better with the grass cut and the bushes cut back. We found the storage space in the kitchen limited. Space in another cupboard would be very helpful. The downstairs bedroom was cold, even using the very small electric radiator. The vacuum cleaner did not work - we think the lead was loose and could be dangerous. We reported this to the cleaner who arrived just before we left.

Lovely big house with amazing views. Very peaceful place. A bit tired in places. Spacious double rooms. Stepped garden with lots of seating outside to look at the river. We enjoyed looking at the stars one evening - much clearer than at home. Kitchen well supplied.
