  Wonderful place to stay to recharge. The flat has a homely feel.l. It has 2 lovely bedrooms one en-suite and a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining and lounge area. It is 5 mins from the centre of town above the inner harbour. You can sightsee around town and the beaches or visit places on the boat. The car park enables trips further afield going to the North coast, Lands end or The Lizard.

  A lovely, spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Falmouth. Ideal place to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Allocated parking space was a real bonus. Have stayed a few times before, will definitely stay again.

  It was an ideal space to stay for a week. Good location, ideal for the town, boat trips and Gylly Beach (and Cafe). The apartment was clean and tidy when we got there and had been maintained to a high standard. Would certainly book again.

  Lovely modern apartment - my 2nd stay here. Very smooth booking procedure and clear instructions/tips for everything. Good value. Welcome scones were much appreciated!!

  Really nicely furnished and modern inside. Everything we needed was there. Only reason for no 5* was it is quite dark - weather wet and miserable in February.

  The flat was lovely inside, clean, airy and well stocked with everything we needed. My only slight criticism which is not relevant to the accommodation was the streets leading to it were just packed with cars making the approach very tricky. Fortunately there was parking for one car but if we had two cars, I am not sure where it could be parked.

  Because for me the accommodation was ideal. I have mobility problems and it’s all on one level with a lovely en suite bedroom, espérâtes generously sized bathroom and very nice kitchen.

  Perfect location, quality of the apartment and the facilities within it. Big comfortable beds. Parking was easy, the room was quiet, almost like it was detached. It would have been nice to have blackout blinds in the bedrooms but this is very much a minor comment and certainly wouldn't stop me booking this place again.
